Shipping & Returns
Sageandamber.com ships most orders via a selection of leading carriers, kindly pick your choice of carrier from the shipping options. For orders to GCC countries Shipments usually take 5 business days for delivery. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. If you wish to use a specific carrier kindly contract us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For cash on deliver order we pay the shipping fee in advance to be able to ship it to you, if the client failed to pick up the order and want to reorder after the package return back the us as cancelled order, the client must pay the order in advance before we ship it again.
At Sageandamber.com we are committed to your satisfaction with your order and that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us. If you have any questions regarding any item we sell, please email us prior to placing your order. Sageandamber.com accepts returns on most of our merchandise*, however all sale items are final sale.The merchandise must be received by us unworn, undamaged and unused in its original condition and packaging. Kindly return the items in its original packing, including plastic wrap, tags and gift boxes. Please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. The merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery of your order as indicated by shipment tracking records. After 7 days all sale are final. We do not charge a restocking fee, however you will be responsible for shipping charges back to Sageandamber.com.
When you return the merchandise as described above we will issue a Sageandamber credit, Sageandamber credits are valid for one year after the issuing date. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you may request a full refund or exchange the damaged merchandise for the same product if its in stock and available. Refunds are only available at the sole and absolute discretion of Sageandamber.com. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect when contacting us about the return. We don’t always require the damaged item to be returned, but will require photographic proof of the damages with a scanned copy of the packing slip or invoice within 7 days of delivery of the item. Kindly email the photographic proof of the damaged merchandise to Sageandamber.com. Please note Items damaged after 1 use, as long as the damage does not arise from your abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product) may be returned for Sageandamber credit in the amount of the purchase price. We do only give store credit back no cash.

How to return an item
Send an email to Sageandamber.com explaining that you wish to return the item. Wait to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping address from us before mailing the return. We will not process any items returned without the Return Authorization Number issued by us. Wrap your item carefully, to avoid shifting, in a box and enclose the original packing slip with your return. Include the Return Authorization Number on and inside the box. All original jewelry tags (unaltered) and gift bags must also be included with your return. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. You will receive an email notification from Sageandamber.com when we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
